The B.A.R. is partnering with The Gloucester Township – Pine Hill Rotary this Earth Day to clean the stream between Meadows Diner and Blackwood Liquors. Farrows run is the name of the stream and starts in Blackwood Estates, running all the way down to Blackwood Lake. The Interact Clubs from Highland and Timber Creek Highschools will be volunteering. They will start the day with an environmental lesson from local published author, Brian Burns. Meadows Diner will be providing breakfast for the students. The community is welcome to join (cash breakfast) us at 9am to hear Mr Burns speak.

We are going to clean the stream starting closest to the Black Horse Pike. This has the heaviest concentration of trash. There are many overgrown weeds in this area. This natural trap will be addressed.
